Durham 277 v Somerset 28-1
Martin Emmerson
BBC Radio Newcastle
They are being very watchful here Somerset, I think they are happy to have the day done with and not lose anymore wickets.
Noah Thain is warming up.
He is a young, learning bowler, having to bowl a few more overs as the second change.
He is fairly new to bowling.

BBC Radio Newcastle
They are being very watchful here Somerset, I think they are happy to have the day done with and not lose anymore wickets.
Glamorgan 300-5 v Middlesex
Three slips are in waiting but TRJ is too full with that one and Chris Cooke pierces the off-side field and adds four runs to the Glamorgan total, which reaches 300 and earns them another batting point.
Derbyshire 337-2 v Kent
Not the most orthodox way to reach 150 not out.
Caleb Jewell tries to pull a ball from Grant Stewart and gets an under-edge into his midriff, but is able to pick up the single he needed.
The left-hander has batted for 339 minutes so far, facing 243 balls.
Glamorgan have lost their fifth wicket against Middlesex, with Thomas Bevan lbw to Toby Roland-Jones for three. Sam Northeast is still there on 116 in their 295-5 but TRJ now has four wickets.
Leicestershire have lost Sol Budinger early in their reply to Lancashire's 206 all out at Grace Road. He was caught off Will Williams for four and they are 24-1 after six overs.
Saif Zaib is now 120 not out for Northants against Gloucestershire - the home side are 281-6 in the 85th over.
Pennington b White 15 (Yorks v Notts 228)
Dillon Pennington's huge slog sweep which had served him well finally fails him as he misses and Jack White cleans up his stumps.
George Hill (5-40) and Jordan Thompson (3-77) have done most of the damage but from 121-5 there will be some frustration Notts were able to climb so high.
Joe Clarke's 64 was not his best innings but stood out. Also Pennington (15 from 13 balls) and Mo Abbas (6) put on 20 for the final wicket which in a potentially low scoring game could be significant.
Woakes c Jones b Duffy 8 (Worcestershire v Warwickshire 227)
Three wickets in four balls has wrapped this Bears innings up in a flash.
Chris Woakes, on his return to cricket after injury, nicks Jacob Duffy to second slip where Rob Jones throws himself to his right and hangs on to a belter.
The Pears will be thrilled with how they've run through this Bears lower order.
Four wickets in 17 balls as Warwickshire fall from 217-6.
Surrey 52-1 v Essex 217
Don Topley
BBC Essex
The groundstaff are wandering around the ground but they do not look like they are about to become busy...good news!
Essex got to 50 before they lost their first wicket, so it is pretty similar so far.
Surrey 52-1 v Essex 217
50 up for Surrey as Kurtis Patterson eases Shane Snater through mid-on for four runs. Jamie Porter chases it all the way but his committed fielding is in vain.
Patterson is 21 not out but although the ground is bathed in sunshine, there is some very dark stuff at the pavilion end.
Coles b Turner 23 (Hants 154 v Sussex 83-5)
John Turner has a third (he has 3-20 now) and Hampshire are halfway through this Sussex reply.
That was loose from James Coles who leaves a large and inviting gap between the swish of his bat and the defence of his pad.
Malik lbw b Taylor 34 (Worcestershire v Warwickshire 223-8)
The Pears are fighting back.
Tom Taylor's at it again. This time a marginal lbw appeal goes Worcestershire way.
There's a fair bit of swing there from Taylor as it arrows into the pads of Zen Malik.
On first glance it looks like it's going down but I think that may have hit the back leg.
The umpire's obviously a lot closer and he's in no doubt. Malik looks in plenty of it. But he's got to go.
Yorks v Notts 226-9
Yorkshire take the new ball, Ben Coad delivers it and then everyone stands and watches it despatched by Dillon Pennington over midwicket on one knee for six.
Clark c Albert b Turner 0 (Hants 154 v Sussex 78-4)
Nice enticing length which pins Tom Clark's feet neither backwards or forwards and his fended offering sails straight to Toby Albert at second slip.
This match looks poised which is more than you could say for it at the innings break but good line and length has been rewarded for both sides.
Sixteen wickets in the day already and over 16 overs to come.
Smith c Nicholls b Taylor 0 (Worcestershire v Warwickshire 219-7)
Kai Smith goes walkabout a touch and must carrying on walking back to the pavillion.
The Bears keeper takes a few steps towards Tom Taylor as he lets it go and soo regrets it as the ball moves into him and gets a bit big.
In the end he can only fend it to Henry Nicholls at first slip who bags his second catch.
Carlson c Davies b Roland-Jones 109 (Glamorgan 280-4 v Middlesex)
Toby Roland-Jones achieves the breakthrough with the second new ball as Kiran Carlson tries to cut and edges through to the keeper.
It was wide enough for the shot, but he didn'[t play it with a great deal of conviction and his excellent 150-ball knock comes to an end.
Carlson hit 11 fours and put on 228 with Sam Northeast, who has now been ed by Thomas Bevan, his first Championship innings of the season.
Durham 277 v Somerset 13-1
Anthony Gibson
BBC Radio Somerset
I am afraid that if Somerset can't get big runs against this severely depleted Durham bowling attack then you cannot expect them to get big runs against anyone.
Clarke c Thompson b Hill 64 (Yorks v Notts 208-9)
Joe Clarke has gone for a reverse ramp over the slips and Jordan Thompson scuttles around the third man boundary and takes a good running catch.
Gregory b Minto 5 (Durham 277 v Somerset 13-1)
Bingo for Minto!
The left-arm teenager puts one across the Somerset skipper (opening again), and although he jags the bat out of the road in an effort to abort his shot, he's not quick enough.
The ball rebounds down off the bottom edge and clatters the stumps.
No celebration from Minto, whose body language suggested he'd planned that all along.
Northamptonshire 255-6 v Gloucestershire
Brilliant effort from Saif Zaib.
His team were in all sorts of bother when he came in but with James Sales he's put them in an excellent position.
While Sales fell for 81, Zaib has gone on to reach his ton - off 147 balls with 10 fours.
It's his sixth first-class hundred.
After two ducks in his last two first innings, it's also a welcome return to runs first time round.
Alsop c Albert b Turner 30 (Hants 76-3 v Sussex 154)
It has probably left the pitch a touch but that is not a great shot from Tom Alsop, the edge flying to the grateful and unmoving hands of Toby Albert at second slip.
