Ipswich Town Women's Portman Road debut a 'perfect opportunity'

The captain of Ipswich Town Women is hopeful the team's Portman Road debut will give more fans the chance to watch them.

The game against Chatham Town at 15:00 GMT on Saturday is their first league match at the stadium.

She said: "It's sometimes difficult for people to come and watch on a Sunday.

"Being in the heart of Ipswich, Saturday, three o'clock, it's the perfect opportunity."
