Today’s contestants are romantic novelists Mandy and Rachel. They both have a ion for Greece and Greek food, so luckily Akis Petretzikis is cooking up a storm along with award-winning chef Ellis Barrie. They are cooking against the clock to produce dishes based on a budget of £5, from tomato carpaccio with baked feta to halloumi saganaki.
But how will they cope when the 10-Minute Challenge throws up tinned ham and treacle? Will they make a meal of it?
